Getting Employees Excited About Giving Back
Giving back to the community gives our employees something to be excited about. Having some kind of event or giveaway, makes our employees proud to be part of our organization that strives to give back. It’s a chance for our employees to better get to know the people in our local communities and also shows them that our employees love what they do! Volunteer opportunities are proven to inspire greater employee loyalty as well as result in greater fulfillment and enrichment for our employees. Big Moose Pressure Cleaning recognizes that allowing our employees the opportunity to give back to the community gives them a renewed appreciation for the importance of their roles and contributions in our company.
Giving Back to the Community
Big Moose Pressure Washing took time to give back to the community recently. We were able to get a stack of gift cards in the amount of $50 each to hand out to people in our local community of Locust Grove. When times are tough an extra $50 can make a big difference. Big Moose employees stood outside the local super store and personally handed out these gift cards to locals. One of the many recipients posted on our Facebook page about the joy that she felt in receiving this unexpected but much appreciated gift.
“We are so proud to be a part of Locust Grove and the surrounding communities,” said Kenny Hooper, owner of Big Moose Pressure Cleaning. “Our families live here. Our kids go to school here. We are truly grateful to be able to offer assistance to our neighbors.” Big Moose Pressure Cleaning wants our local community to be a nice place to live. A place where people genuinely care and want to help others. We hope we inspire others to give back in kind.
